RETURNS POLICY: Claims arising from
incorrect charges or supply of goods
must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of goods. Credit requests
arising from incorrect ordering, over ordering, excess stock may be
subject
to a 20% restocking charge at time of credit. Returned goods must be
accompanied by an authorization number issued by our office, freight
pre-paid
and accompanied by documents showing original invoice number and
authorization
number. Goods returned without authorization may not be processed.
Goods & packaging returned must be in un-used and in resaleable
condition. Goods
received damaged or used will not be subject to credit.
